AUCTION SALE NOTICE

No. D.27014/1/2025-DTE(LESDE)/52, dated 23rd January 2026: In pursuance of the approval of the Government Vehicle condemnation in its meeting held on 18th November 2025. It is hereby notified for all concerned that the condemned vehicle (scrap heap) as detailed below are to be sold by public auction.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The vehicles can be inspected by interested persons in the office premises of ITI during office hours.
Quotation must quote his/her rates in words and figure and any correction must be signed/initiated with date.
The quotation shall submit sealed envelope and addressed to the Director, LESDE, Department, Mizoram, Aizawl and the words “Quotation for purchase of condemned vehicle No. MZ-01/A-4861 / MZ-01/2856” shall be supercribed.
The vehicle were to be disposed of on ‘As-is-where is basis’.
The undersigned is not bound to accepted the highest bidder.
The successful bidder should deposit the full amount of the money within 10 (ten) days from the date of acceptance of the Auction failing which his/her quotation will be rejected.
The quotation will be received by the undersigned up to 11:00 AM on 9th Feb., 2026 and will be opened on the same day of 2:00 PM.
Successful bidder must remove the vehicle within 10 (ten) days after issue of release order. In case of his/she fails to remove the vehicle within the stipulated time grow rate of Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty) only per day will be charged.
Any dispute over the quality and value of the vehicle put to auction cannot be entertained after auction.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject all or any quotation without assigning any reason there of.
