No. B.14015/8/2022-LESDE, Aizawl, the 11th May, 2026: The following draft of the Notification which the State Government proposes to issue is hereby pre-published as required by section 99 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (35 of 2020) for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said notification will be taken into consideration after the expiry of period of forty five days from the date on which this Notification is published are made available to the public.

Objections and suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Director cum Labour Commissioner, Labour, Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Department. The objections and suggestions should be sent in a proforma containing column:

(i) specifying the name and address of the person/organization and column

(ii) specifying the rule or sub-rule which is proposed to be modified and column

(iii) specifying the revised rule of sub-rule proposed to be substituted and reasons thereof; Only objections and suggestions, which are received from any person or organization with respect to the said draft notification before the expiry of the period specified above, will be considered by the State Government.
