J.11011/1/2023-POL/Vol.I, dated 19th May 2023 and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (35 of 2020) read with section 24 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897) and in supersession of:

  1. The Mizoram Industrial Dispute Rules, 2015
  2. The Mizoram Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules, 2013
  3. The Mizoram Trade Union Regulations, 1992
